Garmin Ukraine website has released additional details regarding their Fenix Series Price and launch in early September; between the 4th to 6th is anticipated as being its release date for Fenix 8 and E models.
Garmin’s website is an accurate source of information regarding their Fenix 8 models, which come in three sizes (43mm, 47mm and 51mm). Prior reports had focused on larger models; therefore this confirms that smaller ones will also be released.
Garmin’s Fenix series has long been seen as a premium offering, and the Fenix 8 series does not disappoint in terms of pricing or prestige. These high-end devices feature premium materials like gold and titanium.
Garmin Fenix 8 Price
Model | Price (USD) | Price (UAH) |
---|---|---|
43mm & 47mm Models | $1,100 | 45,810 UAH |
51mm Model | $1,200 | 50,410 UAH |
Fenix 8 E Model | $900 | 36,700 UAH |
These prices, converted from Ukrainian currency, indicate what can be expected globally. The Fenix 8 E model stands out as being more budget-friendly; appealing to those who desire the Fenix experience without its premium price tag; its name possibly stems from its position within its lineup and reflecting that “E” stands for Economy (or maybe “Economy”?).
Garmin will also unveil their Fenix 8 E, likely standing for “Economy.” Retailing for $900 and available in two color combinations — grey/black or steel/black — this model may appeal to users on a tight budget.
The Ukrainian website reports that the Fenix 8 will be made available in early September, which aligns with other leaks indicating similar dates. Garmin typically announces their products, then makes them available within a few weeks later.
The Ukrainian website does not mention Enduro 3, suggesting it might not launch alongside Fenix 8 Series products.
Upgrades This leak reveals several expected upgrades for Fenix 8 Series, such as AMOLED Displays with improved visuals and readability. There may still be an MIP variant available – however this has yet to be confirmed on their website.
The Elevate 5 sensor will enhance fitness tracking and deliver improved health metrics, with its water resistance rating of WR-100M supporting diving depth metrics up to 40 meters deep.
The Fenix 8 comes equipped with both a microphone and speaker to facilitate on-the-go communication similar to those found in Garmin Venu 3S.
The Fenix 8 will receive a makeover with updated bezels, increasing everyday usability with larger screens and smaller bezels.
Notable here is that the Fenix 8 E seems to share an AMOLED display similar to its more expensive competitors, while being rebranded from Fenix 7/Epix Gen 2 devices.
As such, this newer Fenix will feature Elevate 4 sensors for heart rate tracking as well as thicker bezels – acting as a bridge between Garmin’s previous and current generations of devices.
